This was Sky's headline this evening, we'll cut straight to the chase and would like to ensure our customers that we do not agree in anyway with their practice and we certainly do not do any of the underhand tactics. We have customers telling us weekly of their experiences of other repair centres in the local area so this story comes as no surprise to us at the PC Centre. As far as the news story goes I ask you this question, what if they had discovered terrorist plans on the laptop, would the story have been reported the same way? We have a large customer base and good customer feedback, we've been here for over 10 years, so we must be doing something right... If you cannot use our services then please dont fall into the trap that Sky have set, password any private files and never ever ever put passwords and usernames in simple text files... ever...

We now offer an express service during busy periods, under normal conditions we aim to diagnose and fix computers and laptops within a short period of time, however during very busy periods the delay could be 2 -4 Days. By using our express service we can deal with your system the within 24 hrs, usually the same day (depending on when it is received by us).
